Where's my Cadillac?

The downside of being an also-ran in the blog field (I get 80 to 90 visits a day, most days) is that I only attract second rate trolls.

Good trolls, of course, are the ones who actually read your posts and base their rantings off what you've written. Their arguments are full of logical fallacies, but at least they *are* arguments. Bad trolls are the ones who resort immediately to ad hominem attacks without bothering to ground them at all in reality.

The second kind is the one I merit. Le sigh. My general policy toward trolling comments is to publish them and mock them, but I've about reached the end of my rope with the current troll, 'cause damn, it's like s/he's not even trying. I think from now on I'm going to require a certain level of reading comprehension & a better level of insults than the accusation that I'm popping out baby after baby while collecting a wide variety of welfare...'cause, yeah. Not even close.

But dude, if I'm a welfare queen, I want my Cadillac. I've heard tell we all have them.

I don't even rate trolls. I'm vaguely jealous. Doubly so because you've got a gift certificate for a Caddy, apparently.

I don't have enough traffic to warrant trolls, either. I have to live vicariously through those of you who do. ;)
Well, that and I moderate comments, so even if I did have them, I wouldn't have them.
