Saturday Munchkin Blogging #1

Believe it or not, I had most of this week's posts lined up ahead of time.  Until today. I figure Saturdays are a good time for kid blogging, so I'll make a practice of it.  Expect a lot of photos of questionable quality, as many of them are going to be photos taken with Erik's webcam.

This is Miss Marie, who is getting better and better at standing.  As I type this, she is beating the living shit out of a pillow.  This activity delights her.  I have no idea why.  She has reached the stage where she realizes she has sisters, and she wants to play with them all the time.  Naturally, now that she wants to play, her sisters don't want to let her join in.

I turned this one black and white to rid it of the funky color cast.  I'm amazed by how much alike these two look.  Of course, these are the two whom I named after my sister--Linda and Marie.  So I guess it's fitting they look so much alike (and like my sister).

This is the sweetest picture ever.  When Esther wakes up during the night, she comes and gets in bed; she'll lie down across the foot of the bed.  Over the next couple of hours, she'll slowly work her way up and Marie will slowly work her way sideways and down, until they are next to each other.  I try to keep them separate like you're supposed to, but it doesn't work.  They gravitate toward one another.

Bobbie and Rie-Rie.  I think she just wanted her picture taken with the baby.  Oh, that's right.  She had Rie sitting on this horse; it's a Cabbage Patch Kids horse.  Actually one of the last things I bought on eBay.  (I haven't bought anything from there in over five years.  Does anyone still use it?)  Bobbie is gonna be trouble when she's just a little older.  Well, not Bobbie so much as the boys...
