Looks like the snow I remember falling on Groundhog Day when I was in second grade- not enough to completely blanket the ground, enough to make a pathetic little snowman! You still managed to get more snow this time than we did: none! We did have some freezing rain overnight and this morning, and the resultant usual number of accidents on icy overpasses.

I take it that's a rare occurrence where you live; around here the frost is deeper than that ;)

And that's why I live here instead! We haven't had substantial snowfall since 1985. Connecticut remedied me of any lingering Texan desire for snow.
