So, San Antonio peeps...

If you pick up a hard copy of today's Express-News, my ex-husband and his girlfriend have their picture in there.  That's all I'm going to say for now, 'til I have a copy of the photo in hand.  According to Erik, it's in the News Roundup in the Metro section...

And yes, I am laughing.

Something even more embarrassing. At least, for normal people. For now, let's just say that while my life has been improving, his hasn't. And it's his own fault.

Please tell us you're gonna post a scan of it later, since it's a little bit of a drive to dash out and pick up yesterday's paper now. (The DeLorean picked a fine time to go into the shop!)

Oh, I will, LOL. It's just that I am in East Texas at the moment, & the newspaper is in San Antonio with the hubby. One of my high school classmates (whom I talk to on Facebook now) actually recognized him as my ex-husband; Morse isn't that unusual a last name...I should have it up in a day or two, depending on whether Erik remembers to bring it east tonight!

Yikes! I thought he was in the Navy. You know, I always wanted to be in the paper but I'm pretty sure when the photographer showed up at Haven For Hope, I'd have passed on the opportunity.

Let's hope they both meet some nice people there and get their lives together - for the sake of the kids.

Of course, that does not make it wrong for you to laugh IMHO.

Y'know, that was my thought too. I'm so glad this didn't happen during the school year, I would NOT want my girls to have to deal with the teasing that would result if any of their classmates happened upon it. (I'm so not letting them see it.) Heck, I'm embarrassed because I know my church sends volunteers there to help out.

I'll go into more detail when I do a post around the photo; for now I'll leave it at "a series of really idiotic decisions".
